· Radiator Manufacture

A radiator is a type of heat exchanger. It is designed to transfer heat from the hot coolant that flows through it to the air blown through it by the fan. Most modern cars use aluminum radiators. These radiators are made by brazing thin aluminum fins to flattened aluminum tubes.

This liquid may be water (in climates where water is unlikely to freeze) but is more commonly a mixture of water and antifreeze in proportions appropriate to the climate.

What Is Engine Coolant?

Engine coolant, also known as antifreeze, is mixed with water to keep the radiator from freezing in extreme cold and overheating in the engines.

A radiator is a part of a car that is installed in the engine compartment. It provides constant engine cooling. Before, a radiator used to last a lifetime of your vehicle. But today’s radiators, which are mostly made of plastic, sometimes last less than 10 years.

Coolant flows through your radiator, water pump, water hoses, and internal engine passages to keep the engine from overheating. If the coolant level becomes too low, too dirty or too contaminated, it cannot properly cool the engine. The engines in today's vehicles cannot withstand excess heat.

There are things that you can do to help a radiator last for as long as possible.
  1. Make sure your radiator always has the proper level of coolant.
  2. Flushing out the coolant chemical regularly is important to maintaining a long radiator life.
  3. Watch your engine temperature.

There are several tests that are usually performed to make sure that it is in top working order:

  1. System pressure test– to make sure the system does not leak under pressure
  2. Thermostat test– to make sure it is regulating the coolant temperature flow properly
  3. Radiator cap pressure test– to ensure that it will release at the proper pressure
  4. Fan test– make sure the engine fan and all other fans are working properly.

When you neglect to care for your radiator and cooling system, you put yourself at risk for costly repairs. By practicing the above radiator parts maintenance, it is likely your radiator lasts a long time. Radiator manufacturers in the UAE usually provide high quality and long-lasting equipment.
